the storm comes upon us as we rush for shore and our little boat is rolled up, turned over in it's claws it's teeth - the broken pieces in a shipwreak mouth shepherd little fishes into it's throaty howl it's tongue loves like the kraken - a thousand lashes on the mast a tattered mainsail cracks with a dead man's laugh all the hopeless lost and lonely, all sailors lost to sea the ghosts of tawdry ages long forgotten in their deep i feel them all about me, see them rise from sunken caves shadow figures beckon from the plundering waves shape and form diminished in the tumbling weed lost to sweet distraction in the grey-slate sea dread pirates haunt the ship in a bottle the sea is their surround wet lips smack on a foamy mouth wet words choke in sandy mouths wet sand fills the silent mouth of the storm cover your ears as the seagulls cry making their shapes in the grey-slate sky as the waves keep time green ghosts dancing in the northern light

The Trick 04:28
the trick of where we are, of our existence what we call this apparent material reality very much in a temporal sense the trick is that existence seems to be an ever unfolding fractal process that's constantly evolving never the same thing, always two things at once always one thing going into many things constantly unfolding like a psychedelic experience, the visualisations, the images and I've had that on high doses of weed, using binaural beats I've experienced it sonically like listening to music always one element of the song was changing the backing vocals would change and then the drums would change and it was constantly shifting rapidly unfolding at once now we don't experience it like that we seem to exist in a slowly unfolding moment a frozen moment but it's not frozen because we recognise and experience a process and a speed of time, subjectively it seems but it's like we've managed to slow down the process by ageing so slowly or to put it more correctly, we are so miniscule and so tiny an organism on the face of this cosmic giant that our life span is so miniscule compared to its, that it seems to age by an inexorably slow regularity so we see time change, we see things decay, we see trees flower in different seasons we get older, we see the physical effects of that, people die, babies grow old we see the unfolding of time as we experience it but it's as if we're so slow, we're between two avenues of trees that're growing slowly towards each other and those are the next layers of the fractal and we live at such a slower rate, a lower, miniscule rate, a lower dimension if you like and we're walking we're walking walking we're walking we're walking and we're walking and we're walking down the path between the two rows of trees which are growing towards each other as the next enfolding and the proceeding unfoldment of the fractal wave and we're just living on the edge
5.
the town lapsed into silent outlines and fell asleep by two each day she'd watch the city die happiness is a yesterday thing - not like that dream she had in pink with dancers - to a halt into the canvas flat sits at her table she will work the world to shape and bend it to her will but it's all so hard she held an idea in spades half-knotted to a former glory and like a breaking branch seems to a fallen man you wouldn't believe they are shrunk back, back in a chair - winning here long it goes - so long it goes over again
6.

in parks of tall trees in unusual cities the homeless sleep up in the branches the youngest climb down for the day, to sit and supplicate under affluent boot heels returning each night they ascend to shelter, settling snuggly into their pod-like bowers the pods grow around them and snap into place like mighty acorns each morning the pods unlock and let them free the older the tramp the more fused he becomes with the tree soon he won't leave and only his face shows like a knot in the wood these are the wisdom keepers the voices of the streets and the trees they have both feet alive, one in each reality the oldest vagrants have completely melded within the wood their consciousness given over to the hive mind of the forest all trace and semblence of humanity lost sometimes only eyes showing, like carvings upon the bark in parks of tall trees in unusual cities the pirate ship in the dock, refitted as a curiosity shop below the ice-falls above and the frozen out-of-season ski runs long barrows as pubs peat-candles lit in snugs a cornucopia of the absurd in another dream world whores in garters parade in gutters, politely guys and girls in brown leather provide a stern security its the mood of a fayre, a medieval fete with glastonbury heavy flows of people through each scene three tracks lead off over the hip of the hill: the right hand lane leads to forgotten adventures the left hand unexplored this center lane leads along a hedgerow and over aligned hillcrests and the odd copse this is the danger lane it leads to him, direct to him somewhere along we all must hide but they know where we are he changes the form of the land he inflects the change infects it the nearer we are to him the more pronounced the change its not a conscious effort of his but it's as a consequence of him that this happens and yet it is terrible as he is 23:06 white noise signal, compelled to come outside to a street fayre in my honour observed the appropriate scenes subconsciously it was VERY compelling, for a moment, a deep hypnosis, psychic terrorism - whether demonic, alien / extra-terrestrial or more anthro-terrestrial by nature the pyramid seems to act as a way-station entire families on holiday disembark, luggage in hand daddy entity wears a hawaiian shirt and chomps on a cuban cigar and there i am, by habit awaiting, unknowing and receiving how many infiltrations have there been? back into the inside of my head? am i the boarding lounge? welcome to the human reality, please enjoy your unsuspecting host and enter, as always through the back of his head as he sits at his computer ladies and gentle-tees! for one night only! you can experience spirit incarnate in flesh made manifest why not take that excursion into matter you've always promised yourself?
